New Mindfulness Class- Registration Now Open!

NAMI Wake County is proud to offer a new, free mindfulness class hosted by Pallavi Jois, a local mindfulness and meditation teacher with over 20 years of experience!


“Understanding our Mind – Mindfulness of Thoughts and Emotions” 

A 6-week introductory series on mindfulness, focused on managing anxiety. Develop a deeper understanding of thoughts and emotions and learn the important tools to create a path of care and safety that can lead to healing and wholeness. Program includes learning methods for recognizing anxiety as a pattern in the body, in ways useful for alleviating or preventing future occurrences.

Fridays, 7:00-8:00 pm
