  • The Centre for Interactive Mental Health Solutions has a free online 8 week CBT class available.
  • Ask your healthcare provider about getting a 90-day supply rather than a 60 or 30 day supply of prescription drugs. If it is not possible, please try to refill your medication as soon as they are allowed. You are also allowed to challenge decisions at least three times. Decision-makers may change their policy if/as conditions worsen.
  • Anyone being asked to increase their job responsibilities (cleaning staff) must be adequately compensated and protected.
